LISA GIELLA, Partner and Head of Finance, has over 30 years’ experience in the Accounting field and for the past 17 years, she has been the lead partner in Ms. Management, a bookkeeping and operations management company servicing small businesses.
Lisa has worked with clients across many industries such as hospitality, marketing agencies, construction, day care, non-profits, beauty, law, art financing, recruiting, financial services, floral, and entertainment production, including Trevanna Entertainment where she met her Mosaic NYC partners.
Since the COVID-19 crisis, Lisa has worked with all of her clients to secure various loans and loan forgiveness from the Small Business Association and administer those loans in accordance with the parameters set by the SBA. Previously, Lisa held a variety of accounting positions in various firms including: RF Binder Partners, Ruder Finn, Hill and Knowlton, Inc., Borek Stockel and Marden CPA.
The opportunity to start something new with the Mosaic NYC team was an exciting addition to her work portfolio and guaranteed to bring more fun to her workdays. A native New Yorker, Lisa lives in Harlem with her family and her dog, Peppermint.
